Character design for a friend. I think his name is Dimitri, and he's a vampire antagonist from his RPG game concept. Spiky hair cos I draw too many guys with long, flowy hair. Yeah, waistcoat is inspired by the amount of brocade I see on Pirates of the Caribbean characters. Dragon designs cos I suck at designing really elaborate stuff.
